Role Overview

Join our consulting team to collaborate on impactful projects that reshape business, government, and society. You will work with diverse teams addressing complex challenges, gaining skills and experience to advance your career both within BCG and beyond. Consulting engagements vary by project, often require client site work, and may include international travel.

Career Levels

Junior Consultant: Collaborate with team members and clients to apply your business insights for data analysis. As you gain experience, you will take ownership of project workstreams end to end. This role requires a minimum of three years full-time work experience.

Consultant: Manage larger and more complex project components, develop specialized knowledge, work closely with clients to identify challenges, craft strategies, and build agreement on recommendations. Typically, candidates have over five years of professional experience demonstrating career growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage as a trusted advisor to clients, driving innovation and delivering measurable impact from day one.
• Collaborate with diverse colleagues and clients to address strategic and operational challenges.
• Participate in varied consulting assignments potentially requiring travel and onsite client work.
• Develop tailored solutions blending management consulting, technology, and design.

Qualifications and Skills

• Undergraduate degree and/or advanced academic qualifications (Masters, MBA, PhD) with exceptional academic records.
• Minimum 3 years consulting or relevant industry experience demonstrating notable accomplishments and high performance.
• Experience in industries such as mining, oil and gas, engineering, climate and sustainability, consumer products, private equity, public sector, banking and finance, law, healthcare, technology, or telecommunications.
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities, with quantitative and qualitative skillsets.
• Capacity for innovative thinking and simplifying complex concepts.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build client relationships.
