About the Role
We are seeking a committed General Porter to support efficient operations in a healthcare setting. This full-time position involves a contracted workweek of 37.5 hours with variable shift patterns.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and order in lobby and other public spaces.
- Assist housekeeping, restaurant, and banqueting staff with room setup and moving furniture.
- Perform reception-related tasks such as booking theatre tickets and restaurant reservations.
- Attend to customer requests as needed.
- Complete errands as required.
- Promote customer safety by placing and removing warning signs for hazards like wet floors or wet paint.

- Flexible and able to adapt effectively to shifting priorities.
- Strong communication skills with ease in building rapport.
- Experience providing excellent customer service.
- Proactive in decision-making focused on customer needs.
- Capable of working well under pressure.
