Job description
Role Overview
We are looking to hire a committed Porter to support the seamless daily operations in a healthcare setting, working full-time at 37.5 hours per week. This role requires maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in public spaces such as the lobby.
- Assist housekeeping, restaurant, and banqueting teams with room setup and furniture relocation.
- Perform selected reception tasks, including booking theatre tickets and restaurant reservations.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests.
- Run necessary errands efficiently.
- Ensure customer safety, for example by placing/removing wet floor or paint signage.

- Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities.
- Excellent communication skills enabling strong relationship building.
- Proven experience in delivering high-quality customer service.
