Position Summary
We invite you to join our team at the Tullamore site, playing a crucial role in providing high-quality meat products to customers globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Support product preparation and packing adhering to established quality and safety protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve production targets and maintain operational efficiency.
- Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the designated work area are consistently upheld.
- Focus on delivering consistent product quality with meticulous attention.
- Demonstrate flexibility in working hours, including availability for shift variations and overtime.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
- Possess a robust work ethic combined with good organizational capabilities.
- Effective team player with positive interpersonal skills.
- Strong commitment to quality and detail orientation with a results-focused mindset.
- Willingness to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, and overtime as needed.
