Job description
Job Summary
As a General Merchandise Team Associate at a Walmart Supercenter located in Helena, MT, you will interact with customers on the sales floor by greeting them, assisting with their needs, and providing merchandise recommendations tailored to their preferences. Maintaining the neatness and order of Hobbies & Home Improvement sections throughout the day is an important part of the role. You may also be required to perform paint mixing and fabric cutting tasks.
Compensation
The hourly wage ranges from $17 to $30, with the rate guaranteed to meet or exceed the minimum wage mandated by the job location. Additional wages may be earned through annual or quarterly performance incentives. Specific premiums, ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, may be awarded based on work schedule, facility, season, or particular duties performed. Multiple premiums can apply depending on eligibility.
Work Details
This is a full-time position with available shifts in the opening and morning timeframes.
