Role Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations of a profitable restaurant, ensuring it consistently meets McDonald's high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Collaborate with leadership to establish restaurant goals and devise strategies to accomplish them.
• Lead and support a team of Department Managers by assisting them in setting individual goals, monitoring their progress, and providing coaching and guidance to improve departmental performance.
• Enhance overall restaurant success by developing the capabilities of Department Managers and Shift Managers.
• Participate in the hiring and development process to ensure the restaurant has a skilled leadership team for the future.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a General Manager overseeing high-volume locations is preferred.
• Background in quick service restaurants is strongly preferred; experience in hospitality or retail sectors is also relevant.
• Must be at least 18 years old to qualify for a managerial position in corporate-owned and operated restaurants.
