Job Overview
As a General Manager at a McDonald's corporate-owned restaurant, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations to ensure the restaurant meets stringent standards of quality, service, and cleanliness while driving profitability. This position involves leadership, team management, and operational excellence in a high-volume quick service environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the restaurant to achieve its financial and operational goals in partnership with senior leadership.
- Manage and mentor a team of Department Managers, supporting them in goal setting, coaching, and performance improvement to enhance departmental and overall restaurant performance.
- Oversee hiring, development, and retention of Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team.
- Ensure consistent adherence to McDonald's high standards for customer experience and operational quality.
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a General Manager, preferably in high-traffic quick service restaurant locations.
- Background in the hospitality or retail sector is highly regarded.
- Must be at least 18 years old to manage in a corporate-operated McDonald's restaurant.
