Job description
Position Overview
The General Manager role at a McDonald's restaurant entails managing a profitable location while ensuring adherence to the brand’s high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. This responsibility includes collaborating with leadership to set and accomplish business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support Department Managers by setting department goals, tracking progress, and providing coaching to enhance team performance.
- Recruit, hire, and develop Department and Shift Managers to maintain a strong leadership team aligned with the restaurant’s future needs.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a General Manager, preferably within high-volume quick service restaurants or hospitality/retail sectors.
- Must be at least 18 years old to qualify for this management position.
