Position Overview
This opportunity is with a restaurant independently owned and operated under a franchisee license, separate from McDonald's USA. The franchisee exclusively manages all employment-related decisions including hiring, supervision, discipline, and scheduling. McDonald's USA has no influence over employment matters for this role.
About This Role
The General Manager is key to leading a profitable restaurant operation focused on achieving McDonald's exacting standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Partnering with leadership, the General Manager sets goals and drafts plans to meet business objectives while overseeing a team of Department Managers to ensure departmental success.
Leading, coaching, and developing Department and Shift Managers contributes to building a strong, effective leadership team that will drive the business forward.
Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in restaurant management or retail is required; Quick Service Restaurant Management background is highly advantageous.
- Ideal candidates will have substantial General Manager experience managing high-volume restaurants.
- Previous experience within McDonald's is preferred.
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
Compensation and Benefits
- Starting salary from $55,000 annually, negotiable depending on prior job history.
- Monthly performance-based bonus program with the potential to earn an additional $2,200 per month by meeting targets.
