Company Overview
This opportunity is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald's branding and products. The franchisee operates autonomously and is the sole employer responsible for employment decisions such as hiring, staffing, discipline, and scheduling. McDonald’s USA does not manage any employment matters or receive application details.
Role Summary
As a General Manager, you will oversee daily operations to ensure a profitable restaurant that consistently meets McDonald’s high standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Collaborating with leadership, you will establish restaurant goals and develop strategies to accomplish them.
Leadership Responsibilities
The role involves managing a team of Department Managers by supporting them in defining goals, tracking progress, and providing coaching to enhance departmental performance, thereby boosting overall restaurant success. You may also be entrusted with recruiting and nurturing Department and Shift Managers to build a capable leadership pipeline.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a General Manager managing high-volume quick service restaurant locations, or possess relevant hospitality or retail background. Candidates must be at least 18 years old to qualify for this managerial position.
