Job Summary

The General Manager role is pivotal in managing a profitable restaurant while ensuring high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness as defined by McDonald's. You will collaborate with leadership to set and drive restaurant goals, creating actionable plans to meet targets.

Leadership Responsibilities

You will lead a team of Department Managers, assisting them in goal setting, monitoring progress, and offering coaching to elevate departmental performance, thereby enhancing overall restaurant success. Additionally, this role may include hiring and developing managerial talent for future leadership needs.

Candidate Profile

Ideal applicants bring prior General Manager experience in managing high-volume quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail environments. Applicants must be at least 18 years old for corporate managerial eligibility.
