Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a profitable restaurant ensuring adherence to McDonald's high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Collaborate with leadership to establish and implement goals for the restaurant's success.
- Lead and guide a team of Department Managers by setting objectives, monitoring their progress, and providing coaching to enhance departmental performance.
- Participate in hiring, training, and developing Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership pipeline.
Qualifications
- Experience as a General Manager in managing high-volume quick service restaurant locations.
- Background in hospitality, retail, or related quick service environments.
- Proven ability to coach and develop team members effectively.
- High School Diploma or GED; further education is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary ranges from $58,000 to $85,000 annually, variable based on experience and restaurant volume, plus monthly bonus opportunities up to $1,000 tied to performance metrics.
