General Cleaner - 2nd Shift

About the Role

Allegiance Industries, a well-established commercial cleaning and facility services provider, is seeking reliable and hardworking General Cleaners for the 2nd shift at our Aiken, SC location. The shift runs Monday through Friday, from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM.

Key Duties

• Perform cleaning tasks including sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors as well as cleaning various surfaces.
• Empty trash receptacles and ensure cleanliness of waste disposal areas.
• Maintain restrooms by supplying, cleaning, and servicing them properly.
• Mix cleaning chemicals accurately according to specified guidelines.
• Relocate heavy equipment, furniture, or other objects as needed.
• Report any damage or repair needs encountered during cleaning duties.
• Engage in floor care activities such as steam cleaning carpets, waxing, and buffing as required.
• Complete additional duties as assigned to support facility maintenance.

Qualifications

• Good physical strength and agility to carry out cleaning tasks.
• Capable of recognizing potential safety hazards and communicating them appropriately to management.
• Must have reliable means of transportation to and from work.
• Adherence to scheduled work hours and commitment to job responsibilities.
• Ability to understand and follow supervisory directions.
• Maintain professional conduct at all times.
