About the Role
Gino's Gelato, a rapidly expanding nationwide chain of gelato shops, is recruiting a Gelato Maker to join their Killarney, County Kerry location. The company values customer service and creativity, offering a supportive and positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage actively with customers to fulfill and surpass their expectations.
- Prepare fresh gelato daily, adhering strictly to company recipes and quality standards.
- Manage inventory through stock control and timely ordering of supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the workplace for both staff and customers at all times.
- Follow all company policies rigorously, including HACCP and Food Safety regulations.
Requirements
Prior experience in gelato making is desirable but not mandatory as comprehensive training will be provided. A passion for excellent customer service, creativity, and ideally, residence near Killarney is preferred.
