Role Overview

The Store Manager will oversee operations of the Killarney store with assistance from an Assistant Manager. The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing retail food outlets, be passionate about customer engagement, and excel in leading a motivated team. Flexibility with work hours throughout mornings, afternoons, evenings, including weekends, is essential. Local residency near Killarney is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall performance and daily operations of the store.
• Achieve all agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including stock control, wage management, rostering, secret shopper assessments, training, and customer service standards.
• Maintain and promote a culture rooted in exceptional customer service.
• Plan, prioritize, and delegate workloads efficiently.
• Handle recruitment, scheduling, and performance management of team members.
• Encourage continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
• Ensure adherence to store cleanliness, merchandising standards, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Implement effective merchandising and product display strategies.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive base salary ranging from €33,500 to €37,440 per annum, depending on experience.
• Potential to earn an additional performance-based bonus up to €12,000 annually, paid monthly.
