Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of store performance and daily operations.
• Meet and manage all agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including stock control, wage management, staff scheduling, secret shopper initiatives, training, and customer service excellence.
• Foster a culture centered on exceptional customer service.
• Organize, prioritize, and delegate workloads effectively.
• Handle recruitment, staff scheduling, and monitor team performance.
• Promote continuous improvement within the team environment.
• Ensure the store maintains high standards of cleanliness, merchandising, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Ensure effective visual merchandising and product displays.
