Role Overview
Gino's Gelato in Newbridge is seeking a motivated Gelato Maker to join their thriving team. This role involves preparing fresh gelato daily according to company recipes, maintaining high standards of customer service, and contributing to a clean and safe shop environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage actively with customers, striving to exceed their expectations.
- Prepare fresh gelato every day following specified company standards and recipes.
- Manage stock levels and place orders as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety within the store for both staff and customers.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, including HACCP and Food Safety guidelines.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
The ideal candidate will enjoy interactive customer service and bring a creative flair to the role. While previous experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory as comprehensive training will be provided. Preference will be given to applicants residing locally to Newbridge.
Working Hours and Employment Type
This is a permanent position offering 25 to 35 hours weekly. Availability during early mornings from 8:00 AM, afternoons, evenings, midweek, and weekends is essential.
Compensation
The role offers a competitive hourly wage of €14.75.
