GCP Solution Architect

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled GCP Solution Architect to design and deliver cloud-based solutions tailored to client needs. This role involves close collaboration with sales and technical teams to ensure well-crafted cloud architectures and successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and suggest cloud architectures using Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS, or Microsoft Azure aligned with customer requirements.
• Offer expert technical support during the entire pre-sales process.
• Evaluate client business and technical needs to recommend optimal cloud solutions.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams on solution design, configuration, and architecture.
• Assess sales opportunities technically by understanding customer needs, competitive landscape, decision factors, and project scope.
• Lead technical sessions, including discussions, presentations, workshops, and demonstrations with customers.
• Create and deliver Proofs of Concept (PoCs) to validate solution feasibility and aid sales closure.
• Serve as the technical bridge between Sales and Delivery teams by facilitating clear communication of solution design, implementation plans, timelines, and scope.
• Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals covering high-level architecture, deployment strategies, effort forecasts, and resource costings.
• Engage cross-functional teams to ensure effective solution positioning and high customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Substantial hands-on experience with at least one leading cloud platform: preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or alternatively AWS or Microsoft Azure.
• Mid-level expertise with 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in cloud solutions architecture.
• Fluent Arabic speakers only.
