Job Overview

The Gate Controller position at Napco National, based in the Riyadh Region, entails ensuring the safety, security, and regulatory compliance of company premises. This role requires active enforcement of health, safety, and environmental standards while maintaining vigilance at assigned security posts.

Key Responsibilities

• Uphold company health, security, safety, and environmental policies rigorously.
• Provide support to individuals with special needs accessing the gates.
• Collaborate with management to maintain a secure environment by enforcing Napco HSSE Procedures fully.
• Protect company property against damage, theft, or misuse.
• Promptly report any safety or security issues to direct supervisors.
• Adhere strictly to Napco security protocols, including following guidelines and completing required security documentation.
• Monitor entry points and electronic surveillance systems to guarantee proper operation and security.
• Implement instructions from HSSE department management related to security and safety.
• Maintain constant vigilance and presence at the assigned security post throughout duty hours.
• Respond immediately and appropriately to emergencies, fulfilling required roles in a timely reaction.
• Coordinate with safety teams regarding safety concerns to ensure compliance and report any violations.
• Manage and defuse any problematic situations caused by employees, contractors, or visitors, escalating issues when necessary.
• Work with plant management to handle security exceptions, ensuring secure premises operations.
• Maintain the 5S program practices within the security guard houses without prior notification.
