Role Overview

We seek an enthusiastic and dedicated Gardener to support the care and upkeep of the lush grounds at our expanding Milldale village. Your duties will include plant care, pruning, seasonal bedding, lawn mowing, landscaping, and hedge maintenance. Your efforts will ensure attractive and welcoming outdoor environments for both residents and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture plants and garden beds through regular pruning and seasonal planting.
• Maintain lawns by mowing and upkeep tasks.
• Perform landscaping and hedge maintenance to enhance the village grounds.
• Ensure outdoor spaces remain visually appealing throughout all seasons.

Candidate Profile

The ideal applicant will have a strong passion and substantial knowledge of gardening, combined with practical experience. A friendly and approachable demeanor is important for engaging with residents. You should be capable of working independently as well as collaboratively, demonstrating strong organisational skills, efficiency, and physical fitness to manage this hands-on position effectively.

Working Hours and Location

This is a permanent full-time role based onsite at Milldale village, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm.
