Role Expectations

• Stock and merchandise Pepsi products on store shelves, racks, coolers, and displays using manual or powered equipment efficiently.
• Support in-store promotional campaigns by ensuring shelves remain fully stocked and promotional materials are prominently displayed.
• Collaborate closely with Account Sales Representatives and Delivery teams to deliver superior service across all Pepsi accounts.
• Maintain orderly and neat storage in back-room areas.
• Regularly rotate stock by removing expired products to guarantee product freshness.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, Professional Studies Diploma, or equivalent is required.
• Open to students currently enrolled in any academic program.
• Possession of a valid Class G driver's license and access to a personal vehicle is necessary.
• Physical capability to handle lifting items up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work independently with self-motivation and excellent time management skills.
• Experience in merchandising or customer service and familiarity with grocery stores are advantageous but not mandatory.
