Full Time Merchandise Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate outstanding service experiences for both internal team members and external customers.
• Uphold a culture rooted in honesty, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Manage the coordination of merchandise deliveries and prioritize timely placement of products on the sales floor.
• Train and guide associates on proper merchandising, tagging, and processing techniques.
• Communicate closely with store coordinators to ensure seamless product flow.
• Oversee team productivity, provide coaching, and ensure completion of store plan-driven tasks.
• Maintain organized and rotated back stock to streamline replenishment.
• Ensure merchandising displays and signage meet company standards.
• Keep storage and backroom areas clean, organized, and compliant with recycling and hazardous waste protocols.
• Collaborate with management on associate training and store priorities.
• Comply with labor laws, support credit and loyalty initiatives, and actively contribute to shrink reduction efforts.
• Promote safety awareness throughout the store environment.

Required Qualifications

• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Excellent verbal communication and strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and adjust effectively to changing priorities or unexpected challenges.
• Demonstrated teamwork skills, collaborating well with peers and supervisors.
• Physical capability to handle lifting heavy items, with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Previous experience includes at least one year in retail and six months in a leadership role.
• Competent in training and mentoring others.
