Role Overview

As a Cleaning Associate, you will ensure a tidy and orderly store setting with particular emphasis on floor maintenance. Duties encompass operating machinery such as scrubbers and buffers, performing sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning tasks throughout the store to preserve cleanliness standards and support operational efficiency.

• Cross-train to assist in various store sections such as backroom, front end, and sales floor.
• Provide support during front-end coverage demands.
• Follow merchandising principles and signage directives.
• Engage actively in store recovery efforts during the day.
• Adhere to loss prevention procedures, including shrink control in line with company policy.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with management and colleagues.
• Abide by labor regulations including meal and break policies.
• Participate in safety initiatives to sustain a secure workplace.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers an hourly wage range of $12.75 to $13.25, contingent upon skills, qualifications, and experience.
