Job description
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Store & Operations Executive based in Pune, Maharashtra. The role involves handling daily store functions, managing inventory, processing billing and purchase documentation, and coordinating logistics. This full-time position is ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in retail or shop operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily store operations including stock control and inventory management.
- Handle purchasing tasks and liaise effectively with vendors for stock procurement.
- Supervise the incoming and outgoing movement of goods and materials.
- Coordinate logistics activities such as dispatch and delivery of products.
- Prepare and maintain sales bills, purchase bills, invoices, and receipts.
- Keep precise records of stock, purchases, sales, and dispatching activities.
- Monitor inventory levels consistently and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
- Communicate and collaborate with suppliers, customers, and logistic partners for smooth operations.
- Use Tally ERP software and Microsoft Excel for billing, inventory control, and maintaining records.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and administration of store activities runs seamlessly.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Possess between 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in store management, retail operations, inventory, or logistics.
- Expertise in handling purchasing, billing, dispatch processes, and stock management.
- Basic proficiency with Tally ERP and Microsoft Excel tools.
- Strong communication skills accompanied by good organizational and coordination abilities.
- Capability to operate independently and efficiently manage daily store activities.
- Educational preference for candidates with a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree or equivalent qualification.
Preferred Candidate Profile
A successful applicant will have direct experience managing store operations including purchasing, logistics, dispatch, inventory management, and billing specifically within a retail or shop environment.
