Janitor

Job Summary

Liberty Mission Critical Services is seeking a dedicated Janitor to uphold the cleanliness and security of our facility. The role involves comprehensive cleaning duties such as vacuuming, mopping, restroom scrubbing, and carpet shampooing, along with maintenance tasks including light bulb replacement and trash disposal. This position requires a committed individual who is experienced with cleaning tools and supplies and proud of achieving high standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cleanliness and safety throughout the building
• Perform daily tasks including vacuuming, mopping, restroom scrubbing, furniture dusting, and trash removal
• Clean windows, stock restrooms, and carry out minor repairs regularly
• Address spills and potential hazards promptly using sponges and squeegees
• Prepare detailed reports on cleaning activities and inform the manager about significant repairs needed

Qualifications

• Minimum education requirement: high school diploma or its equivalent
• At least one year of experience in janitorial or cleaning services
• Possession of a valid driver's license or dependable transportation to commute to the workplace
• Familiarity with various cleaning supplies and equipment
• Good physical stamina and health to perform tasks effectively
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability
