Job Summary

This role involves maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of facilities through performing comprehensive cleaning tasks, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for all occupants.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for collecting and disposing of trash according to established protocols and infection prevention guidelines.
• Regularly dusts and damp mops floors following set procedures.
• Moves equipment and furniture as needed to enable thorough cleaning and returns items to their original places.
• Cleans designated areas with assigned tools and chemicals, including sanitization of all surfaces using an eight-step cleaning method.
• Washes walls, windows, furniture, baseboards, and similar items to maintain cleanliness and safety for patients, visitors, and staff.
• Proactively identifies and addresses areas needing cleaning.
• Executes duties assigned by supervisors conscientiously.
• Adheres to all applicable federal, state, and county regulations during task execution.
• Performs floor maintenance such as stripping, scrubbing, buffing, refinishing, and carpet shampooing.
• Works professionally and cooperatively with customers, coworkers, and others as a contributing team member.
• Completes additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least two years of janitorial or relevant cleaning experience is preferred.

Work Schedule and Location

This full-time position is based at the Delta Sky Club, located at 2600 Maynard H Jackson Jr Boulevard, Atlanta, GA 30354. Workdays and hours may vary and will be detailed during the interview process.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly pay ranges from $15.60 to $16.00.
