Position Summary

The Dishwasher role involves maintaining an orderly and sanitary environment by cleaning dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen equipment, workspaces, and utensils according to established standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Remove and rinse food residues from dirty dishes; either wash by hand or load racks/conveyor for dishwashing machines ensuring thorough sanitation.
• Clean pots, pans, and trays following set procedures to ensure complete cleanliness.
• Polish silverware using equipment such as burnishing tumblers, chemical dips, buffing wheels, or hand cloth techniques, maintaining sanitation standards.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols throughout all tasks.
• Monitor and maintain correct temperatures and chemical levels as defined by company standards.
• Keep dishwashing areas neat and compliant with safety rules.
• Perform cleaning duties including sweeping and mopping kitchen floors, washing worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food prep surfaces.
• Collect trash, place it in designated containers, and steam clean or hose out garbage cans when necessary.
• Transport supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Assist with loading and unloading supplies and products.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year experience in dishwashing is mandatory.

Working Hours & Location

This full-time role is based at Amex Lounge, 2333 South International Parkway, Dallas, TX 75261. Scheduled hours typically run from 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm, with specific days to be confirmed during interview.

Compensation & Benefits

The pay scale ranges between $18.00 and $20.00 per hour. Selected locations provide free meals, uniforms, and laundering services.
