Job Summary

This full-time Dishwasher role involves maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, kitchen tools, and work areas to ensure a hygienic environment.

Responsibilities

• Scrape and rinse food residues from dishes, washing them either manually or using dishwashing machines, ensuring they meet strict cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Clean pots, pans, and trays according to specified procedures while maintaining hygiene.
• Use polishing equipment and techniques such as burnishing machines, chemical dips, buffing wheels, and hand cloths to clean silverware thoroughly.
• Adhere to established safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Monitor and maintain required temperatures and chemical levels following standard guidelines.
• Keep dishwashing areas clean and organized, complying with safety and sanitation regulations.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors to uphold safety and sanitation standards.
• Clean worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food preparation surfaces effectively.
• Manage waste by removing trash to designated containers and cleaning garbage cans.
• Transport supplies and equipment between storage rooms and workstations.
• Assist in loading and unloading deliveries as needed.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year prior experience in dishwashing is mandatory.

Work Schedule and Location

Work takes place at the Nestle Solon Cafe, located at 30003 Bainbridge Road, Solon, OH 44139. The schedule is full-time, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Additional details will be provided during the interview.

Compensation and Benefits
