Job Responsibilities
- Operate dishwashing machinery efficiently.
- Monitor and ensure correct rinse and wash water temperatures.
- Handle dishwashing chemicals properly, including correct storage and usage.
- Organize and arrange dish racks effectively for cleaning processes.
- Manage waste disposal by removing trash regularly.
- Maintain high standards of safety and sanitation in the kitchen.
- Demonstrate strong teamwork skills within the kitchen environment.

Compensation and Benefits
Roadies are paid on a weekly basis.
