Role Overview
We are seeking a Dishwasher who excels in collaborating with the kitchen team and strictly adheres to sanitation protocols. You will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and safety in the kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain dishwashing machines.
- Ensure rinse and wash temperatures meet required standards.
- Manage dishwashing chemicals responsibly, including proper storage and usage.
- Organize and set up dish racks effectively.
- Handle trash removal promptly and hygienically.
- Maintain rigorous safety and sanitation standards.
- Work collaboratively as part of the kitchen team.
