Role Overview
We are seeking a Dishwasher who thrives in a team environment and adheres closely to kitchen sanitation protocols, ensuring our operations run smoothly and safely.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate dishwashing machinery efficiently
- Monitor and ensure appropriate rinse and wash temperatures are maintained
- Manage water changes and the correct usage and storage of dish chemicals
- Prepare and organize dish racks for cleaning processes
- Handle removal and disposal of trash
- Maintain strict safety and sanitation standards
- Demonstrate strong teamwork and collaboration skills
