Role Overview

As a full stack engineer on BJAK's AI Finance Agent, you will rapidly deliver impactful features spanning frontend, backend, internal tooling, and customer interactions. This role demands product-focused engineers comfortable developing across the entire stack to transform concepts into functioning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end customer-facing and internal application features.
• Build web flows, backend APIs, administrative tools, dashboards, and operational infrastructure.
• Support product lines including insurance, payments, savings, investment, travel, and financial services.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, mobile developers, and operations teams to accelerate launch.
• Integrate third-party APIs, manage data pipelines, and enhance system stability.
• Leverage analytics and user feedback to iteratively improve features post-launch.
• Create tools that automate manual processes and boost business efficiency.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum three years' experience in full stack software engineering.
• Strong understanding of frontend and backend development fundamentals.
• Proficient with modern web frameworks, API construction, database management, and deploying production systems.
• Capable of delivering valuable product outputs swiftly without fully detailed specifications.
• Possesses good product intuition, user experience sensibility, and keen attention to detail.
• Comfortable troubleshooting across technology layers.
• Experience in fintech, insurtech, marketplaces, consumer applications, or platforms with high user volumes is highly preferred.

Additional Details

This is a fully remote role exclusively for candidates located in Ireland. English is the primary communication language globally at BJAK, so strong English proficiency is necessary.

Interview Process: The recruitment includes an initial online assessment or practical challenge, followed by a technical interview and a final round with the CEO. The process is designed to be swift, targeting offer decisions within one week from interview start, with priority given to candidates completing assessments promptly.
