Position Summary

We are seeking full stack engineers to develop and enhance BJAK's AI-powered Neobank application. This role suits product-focused engineers capable of navigating front-end, back-end, internal tooling, and user journeys to rapidly translate ideas into functional features.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver complete product features encompassing front-end, back-end, API, and database components.
• Design and implement customer and internal workflows including onboarding, account management, payments, rewards, travel services, foreign exchange, support automation, KYC, and risk management.
• Convert complex, ambiguous product challenges into clear, user-friendly interfaces and dependable back-end systems.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, mobile engineers, backend and AI teams to launch features quickly and iterate post-release.
• Create internal tools and automations aimed at minimizing manual effort and scaling operational capacities.
• Take ownership beyond launch by monitoring, debugging, and continuously refining your work.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated strong full stack engineering experience with successfully launched products.
• Proficiency working across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and in production-level debugging.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, Vue or equivalents.
• Solid backend knowledge including API design, data modeling, authentication, system integrations, and ensuring reliability.
• Strong product intuition with the ability to simplify complex workflows.
• Comfortable working quickly in ambiguous situations and taking full ownership of outcomes.

Location and Language

This position is fully remote; however, applicants must be currently based in Singapore. English proficiency is required as it is the primary communication language within our global teams.
