Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer with over 6 years of demonstrated expertise in software development, particularly with C#, Python, Node.js, and modern front-end frameworks like React. This position is based in Bengaluru and offers a hybrid working style with a shift from 12 PM to 9 PM. The candidate will be part of the D&A Core Engineering team, focusing on designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications and APIs, while also contributing towards innovation in cloud architecture and AI integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications and single-page applications (SPAs) using TypeScript, React, and other modern UI technologies.
• Create robust backend services and APIs utilizing C#/.NET, Python, or Node.js tailored for both specific applications and enterprise-level use.
• Design and optimize database schemas and queries for both relational (SQL Server) and NoSQL databases like Cosmos DB and MongoDB within cloud environments.
• Architect and implement cloud solutions primarily on Microsoft Azure, including App Services, Functions, and serverless frameworks.
• Work with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes, and integrate Azure AI services to support AI-enabled features.
• Build and maintain continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Azure DevOps or equivalent automation tools.
• Drive adherence to quality standards through automation, code reviews, and effective release management practices.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Business Analysts to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to junior developers, encouraging knowledge sharing and best practices.
• Apply Agile and Scrum methodologies effectively in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives in a fast-paced development environment.
• Ensure comprehensive testing, documentation, and compliance with both functional and non-functional specifications.
• Offer Level 3 support for application issues, including incident triage, bug resolution, and patch management.

Skills and Experience Required

• A minimum of 6 years professional software development experience with proficiency in C#, Python, Node.js, and JavaScript frameworks with a preference for React.
• Substantial working knowledge of Azure Cloud Services including serverless architectures and cloud databases.
• Experience in container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, and familiarity with AI and machine learning services in Azure.
• Strong command of Agile methodologies and ability to operate effectively under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills suitable for team leadership and collaboration.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on UI/UX development experience is considered a plus.

Preferred Additional Skills

• Expertise with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform.
• Proficient in creating and managing Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and event-driven system design.

Additional Information

This is a non-managerial position offering a hybrid workplace setup in Bangalore with cab facilities. The shift timing for the role is from 12 PM to 9 PM. The position demands a strong technical acumen along with capabilities to mentor peers and steer innovation for client-facing analytic solutions. The role contributes directly to revenue-generating projects and provides opportunities for advancing as a technical leader within the organization.
