Role Overview

We seek a motivated Full Stack Developer eager to design scalable web applications and address complex engineering tasks. You will work with modern technologies spanning frontend, backend, cloud, and AI domains to enhance our enterprise SaaS platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and sustain scalable full-stack web applications for enterprise SaaS offerings.
• Create responsive and rich user interfaces utilizing React.js, Next.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and other contemporary frontend frameworks.
• Craft high-performance backend services and RESTful APIs leveraging Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
• Architect and integrate APIs that connect frontend, backend, databases, and external services.
• Work with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB to develop optimized data models and database queries.
• Develop and maintain scalable microservices and backend systems.
• Incorporate AI and Large Language Model (LLM) services and APIs into enterprise applications.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, AI/ML, QA, and Engineering teams to deliver robust, quality features.
• Debug and resolve issues related to applications, APIs, databases, and performance.
• Contribute to system architecture design, code reviews, performance tuning, and platform reliability initiatives.
• Use Docker and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP for containerization and deployment.
• Produce clean, maintainable, reusable, and adequately tested codebases.
• Own features throughout their entire software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Keep abreast with evolving technologies in AI, Generative AI, and modern web development.

Required Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of professional experience in full stack software development.
• Proficiency in React.js with strong hands-on experience.
• Good command of Next.js along with JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Solid backend development skills using Python.
• Experience with FastAPI, Django, or Flask frameworks.
• Proven expertise in developing and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Strong understanding and practical experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB databases.
• Familiarity with Microservices architecture principles.
• Proficient with Git version control system.
• Hands-on experience with Docker for container management.
• Exposure to Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Good grasp of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), software design patterns, and application architecture.
• Excellent debugging, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience working within agile development environments.
• Preference for candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in developing Enterprise SaaS solutions.
• Familiarity with Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, or AI-driven applications.
• Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
• Understanding of AI frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or MCP.
• Experience with vector databases such as ChromaDB, Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, or Milvus.
• Integration experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini APIs.
• Working knowledge of Redis, Celery, RabbitMQ, or Kafka.
• Experience with Kubernetes orchestration.
• Background in automated testing frameworks like PyTest or Jest.
• Awareness of AI Governance, Responsible AI, AI Risk Management, and compliance domains.
