Job Overview

This full-time role is based onsite in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, and prioritizes immediate joiners or candidates with short notice availability. Applicants must be from Odisha or willing to relocate.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop scalable REST APIs and microservices using frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Create responsive user interfaces employing React.js, Next.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and other modern frontend technologies.
• Integrate AI and Large Language Model (LLM) services and APIs into enterprise-level applications.
• Enhance application performance, optimize database queries, and ensure platform scalability.
• Research and apply emerging AI and Generative AI technologies.
• Collaborate closely with Product, AI, QA, and Engineering teams to deliver robust software.
• Contribute to software architecture design, performance improvements, and reliability enhancements.
• Deploy and maintain cloud-native applications leveraging Docker and services from AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Own features throughout the entire software development lifecycle.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Two to four years of professional experience in Python backend development is mandatory.
• Proficiency with FastAPI, Flask, or Django frameworks.
• Solid experience creating REST APIs and microservices architecture.
• Strong database skills, particularly with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
• Familiarity with Git version control, Docker containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Good command of Object-Oriented Programming principles, design patterns, and software architecture concepts.
• Excellent debugging, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge or exposure to Generative AI, Large Language Models, or AI Agents.
• Experience with LangChain, MCP, or vector databases.
• Background in developing Enterprise SaaS products.
