This role involves overseeing the entire department operations, ensuring quality produce availability, and maintaining appealing displays to meet customer needs. You will implement routines focused on quality, temperature control, care, and sustainability efforts to minimize food waste.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a collaborative, inclusive team environment where individuals can be authentic and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Provide leadership and guidance supported by the Store Leadership Pathway to develop both your team and your own management capabilities.
• Lead end-to-end operations in the fruit and vegetable department, ensuring team alignment with company values and customer satisfaction goals.
• Collaborate closely with the store leadership team to ensure smooth day-to-day departmental functions.
• Adhere to safety procedures to prioritize the well-being of team members and shoppers.
• Contribute actively toward sustainability by implementing practices that reduce food waste.

Work Schedule Options

• Option 1: Tuesday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Option 2: Monday to Sunday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
