Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, high-quality guest experiences consistently.
- Track departmental KPIs and execute action plans to meet targets effectively.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and develop front office staff aligned with company standards.
- Lead team efforts in achieving benchmarks such as mystery audits, customer feedback indices, quality assessments, and compliance with hotel standards.
- Foster career progression by developing and coaching the front office team.
- Support the smooth running of front office operations.
- Engage proactively in the overall strategic management of the hotel.
Requirements
- Two to three years of experience in a supervisory role within front office operations.
- Strong leadership abilities focused on team development and staff motivation.
- Organizational skills suitable for managing and delegating multiple tasks efficiently.
- A welcoming and approachable demeanor in interactions with guests and employees alike.
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
