Role Overview

As a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer, you will take technical leadership in designing, building, and deploying complex AI solutions directly within high-profile enterprise customers. Partnering closely with Deployment Strategists, you'll be accountable for delivering end-to-end outcomes — from architectural decisions through to production handoff — while mentoring engineers and setting engineering benchmarks for AI deployments at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle development and release of agentic AI systems on the Agentforce platform, including agent logic, orchestration, and integration in enterprise-ready environments.
• Manage data workflows for AI applications, involving model design and pipeline execution across platforms such as Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, and Databricks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve critical technical challenges like data integration failures, deployment difficulties, and performance issues.
• Develop and maintain monitoring dashboards to assess agent performance and business impact.
• Rapidly prototype proof-of-concepts and MVPs, exercising sound judgment on prioritization and timing of technical decisions.
• Create reusable frameworks and playbooks from field-tested patterns and solutions to guide organizational best practices.
• Mentor fellow engineers through code reviews and collaborative sessions within shared codebases.
• Provide senior-level technical guidance on high-risk or strategically important deployments.
• Convey insights from customer environments to influence product roadmaps and AI innovations.
• Collaborate with Deployment Strategists to convert complex client challenges into successful agentic solutions.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum six years’ experience in software engineering or technical project delivery with demonstrated ownership of scalable enterprise systems focused on AI, cloud, or SaaS.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in at least one major language such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex; familiarity with multiple is desirable.
• Hands-on experience integrating large language models in production, leveraging frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex, incorporating prompt engineering and ethical AI principles.
• Strong background in data modeling, processing, and analytics, particularly with platforms like Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, or Databricks.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce technologies including Agentforce, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and APIs.
• A results-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with keen judgment between rapid progress and quality execution.
• Proven ability to mentor engineers and develop reusable technical assets such as frameworks and tools.
• Effective communicator at all levels including peers, architects, and executives.
• Engaged with emerging AI and data technologies through experimentation and ongoing learning.
• Availability for customer site visits as needed to ensure success.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English at a professional business level.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications: Administrator, Platform Developer I/II, Agentforce Specialist, or System Architect.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, observability systems, and data governance frameworks.
• Experience designing enterprise AI solutions across multiple clouds for large global organizations.
• History of influencing software product development through client engineering insights.
• Contributions to open-source projects, technical publications, or conference presentations.
