Role Overview

We are seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis, located in the UK with remote work flexibility. The position entails occasional travel to client locations across Europe, with all travel costs covered. The primary responsibility involves creating, implementing, and deploying scalable AI-driven agentic platforms integrated within client environments. This includes collaborating with client stakeholders and technical teams to seamlessly integrate advanced LLM-powered agents into various products, workflows, and organizational processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build agentic platform solutions using Python alongside modern artificial intelligence frameworks.
• Architect Large Language Model (LLM) orchestration using technologies such as LangGraph, CrewAI, and AutoGen.
• Develop multi-agent systems supporting features like tool usage, workflow orchestration, memory management, and decision-making.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines that connect with enterprise data sources.
• Integrate agentic platforms with a variety of client systems including APIs, cloud platforms, data infrastructure, and enterprise software.
• Set up and manage Kubernetes configurations for workload deployment.
• Design deployment solutions adaptable to cloud, on-premise, or hybrid infrastructures.
• Collaborate effectively within mixed technical and non-technical teams.
• Adapt to dynamic work environments with evolving project goals through iterative feedback from users.
• Bring strong consulting expertise for managing complex client projects that address real-world business challenges.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience at senior engineering level, preferably with at least 8 years of professional experience.
• Familiarity with Golang programming.
• Front-end development knowledge using React.
• In-depth understanding of Kubernetes architecture and deployment.

Additional Information

The role requires some client site travel throughout Europe, with expenses reimbursed by the company. Our salary for this position begins at £75,000 annually, plus bonus and benefits, and will be aligned with your experience during the hiring discussions.
