As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will oversee the operation of dining outlets to guarantee exceptional service and memorable guest experiences. You will lead and motivate the service team while maintaining the brand's high standards and creating a warm atmosphere for all guests.

Located centrally with close access to business and cultural locations such as Souq Waqif and the Museum of Islamic Art, the hotel features 147 rooms with modern amenities designed for comfort and relaxation. Guests can enjoy facilities including an indoor pool, fitness center, spa treatments, and versatile event spaces for various occasions.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage daily food and beverage operations ensuring service efficiency, quality, and adherence to brand standards.
• Lead, train, and inspire the F&B team to provide outstanding guest service and maintain excellent operational standards.
• Conduct shift briefings in manager's absence to communicate operational needs and priorities.
• Address and resolve guest complaints promptly, documenting and following up as necessary.
• Oversee cash handling, banking, inventory, stock, and equipment usage following company protocols.
• Support coordination of restaurant activities, special events, and promotional initiatives aimed at enhancing revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Contribute to cost control efforts and help meet departmental performance targets.

Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma or above in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, Hospitality, or related fields.
• At least 3 years' experience as an F&B Supervisor in a 4 or 5-star hotel environment, including supervisory duties.
• Strong passion for guest service with excellent interpersonal and communication capabilities.
• Familiarity with local food safety, hygiene, and alcohol service regulations where applicable.
• Competent with reading, writing, and math skills for order handling, documentation, cash management, and financial transactions.
• Ability to work flexibly in a dynamic atmosphere, including shifts during evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
