Role Overview

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will enthusiastically engage with guests while leading your team to deliver outstanding dining experiences. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will oversee the restaurant and bar operations during your shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth daily operations within the Food & Beverage department.
• Provide a welcoming and seamless dining atmosphere to all patrons.
• Maintain effective communication across all hotel departments.
• Train and support team members to confidently sell menu items, beverages, and hotel services.
• Oversee team performance during shifts to guarantee excellent guest service.
• Guide and educate staff on departmental policies, procedures, and product knowledge.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to boost business.
• Promote Accor Live Limitless (ALL) loyalty program actively among guests.

Candidate Requirements

• A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Previous supervisory experience in a related Food & Beverage role.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for both internal team and guests.
• Capability to solve problems and remain composed under pressure.
• Effective time management and communication abilities.
• Flexibility to work on a rotating 7-day roster, including morning shifts starting at 6am and afternoon shifts from 3pm.
• Possession of a current Duty Manager Certificate or ability to obtain one; candidates must have an LCQ certificate plus at least 3 months of supervisory experience in a licensed New Zealand premises.
• First aid certification is advantageous.
• Eligibility to work in New Zealand (citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work visa) without immigration sponsorship.
