Job Role and Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers warmly, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable.
• Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders promptly.
• Keep the dining area and bar clean and well-organized.
• Comply strictly with food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
• Manage time efficiently to provide timely service, especially during busy periods.
• Address guest questions and concerns professionally and courteously.

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience in restaurant or bar service is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Strong skills in customer service and food safety awareness.
• Excellent hospitality and guest interaction capabilities.
• Basic mathematical aptitude for handling payments.
• Good time management to handle busy working shifts effectively.
• Culinary experience is considered an advantage.
• Capability to work well within a team setting.
