Role Overview

Join Novotel as the Food and Beverage Manager where your leadership will drive exceptional dining experiences. This role involves managing all Food & Beverage outlets including Room Service, THIRTEEN50 Bistro & Bar, and Conference services, with a strong hands-on approach and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and participate actively in food and beverage service delivery as part of a team.
• Recruit, develop, train, and empower a team of Food & Beverage professionals.
• Enhance guest satisfaction by promoting high service standards and ensuring staff engage with guests to understand and surpass expectations.
• Design and implement promotional plans and advertising initiatives aimed at boosting revenue.
• Oversee daily operations, optimize seating plans, and manage work schedules efficiently to ensure outstanding guest service.
• Manage financial performance by controlling costs, monitoring inventory, and strategizing to improve profitability without compromising quality.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of two years supervisory or management experience within a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Strong passion for Food & Beverage with proven ability to lead teams towards service excellence.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills suitable for a dynamic hotel setting.
• Demonstrated experience in recruitment, training, learning, and development of staff.
