Role Overview
This position involves assisting in managing daily vehicle trips, schedules, and documentation to ensure smooth fleet operations. The executive will coordinate with drivers, maintain precise records, and support maintenance activities.
Responsibilities
- Help plan and monitor daily vehicle trip schedules
- Keep detailed records of vehicle movements, fuel usage, and trip paperwork
- Collaborate with drivers to ensure timely pickups, deliveries, and adherence to routes
- Monitor maintenance needs and coordinate vehicle servicing
- Assist the Fleet Manager in creating daily and weekly operational reports
- Ensure all compliance and trip-related documents are complete and organized
- Manage daily operational concerns and escalate critical issues when necessary
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any field
- 1 to 2 years’ experience in fleet management, transportation, or logistics support
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and proper documentation handling
- Good communication and team coordination abilities
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, operation-centered environment
- Demonstrates strong ownership, integrity, and accountability
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong time management skills managing multiple tasks effectively
