Job description
About the Role
We are recruiting Event Executives to focus exclusively on the management and operational execution of live events including weddings, corporate gatherings, and conferences.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the on-site execution and management of events
- Collaborate with the technical team responsible for sound, lighting, LED displays, and truss setup
- Supervise event setup and breakdown activities
- Ensure all events proceed smoothly according to the predetermined schedule
- Address and fulfill client needs throughout the event duration
- Work in close coordination with internal teams and external vendors
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Effective communication skills
- Readiness to work during event timings including late nights and flexible hours
- Capability to maintain composure and manage stress during live event operations
- Basic proficiency with computers is advantageous
