• Drive innovation in finance systems focusing on AI, automation, and enterprise-wide platforms.

• Lead workshops and validate business requirements to ensure systems support organizational goals effectively.
• Embed robust data governance and seamless integrations into all finance system solutions.
• Continuously seek opportunities to refine processes, controls, and overall performance of finance systems.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking a commercially astute individual with strong technical capabilities who excels at blending finance and technology to address complex challenges. You should have a solid grasp of comprehensive finance operations and be adept at managing system architecture, integrations, and APIs.

You will bring:

• Experience with Tier 1 enterprise finance systems and a firm understanding of architecture and data integrations.
• Skill in transforming business needs into practical, functional solutions and contributing to ongoing process improvements.
• Proven ability to engage and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders including finance, technology, and broader business teams.
• An ongoing commitment to continuous improvements in system and process performance, with attention to governance, compliance, and audit standards.
• A keen interest in emerging technologies like automation, analytics, and AI and a desire to integrate these into finance systems.
• Strong communication abilities and a collaborative work approach, balancing detail orientation and strategic vision.

A tertiary qualification in Finance, Technology, or a related discipline is preferred. Experience within complex or enterprise environments is advantageous, and Oracle Cloud knowledge or certifications are a plus.
