Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute financial strategies that align with the overall goals of the organization.
• Oversee the processes for budgeting, forecasting, and comprehensive financial planning.
• Compile and interpret financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Manage cash flow, liquidity status, and treasury functions effectively.
• Ensure adherence to all financial laws, Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA), and internal compliance standards.
• Develop and uphold strong internal controls and robust financial governance.
• Assist in the evaluation of investment opportunities, preparing business cases, and advancing strategic projects.
• Liaise with external auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies to maintain compliance.
• Lead and mentor the finance department, driving improvements in operational performance.
• Deliver insightful financial analysis and strategic advice to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or an allied discipline.
• Bring 6 to 10 years of progressively responsible finance experience.
• Experience within holding companies or investment firms is highly desirable.
