Job description
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute financial strategies that align with the overall goals of the organization.
- Oversee the processes for budgeting, forecasting, and comprehensive financial planning.
- Compile and interpret financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Manage cash flow, liquidity status, and treasury functions effectively.
- Ensure adherence to all financial laws, Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA), and internal compliance standards.
- Develop and uphold strong internal controls and robust financial governance.
- Assist in the evaluation of investment opportunities, preparing business cases, and advancing strategic projects.
- Liaise with external auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies to maintain compliance.
- Lead and mentor the finance department, driving improvements in operational performance.
- Deliver insightful financial analysis and strategic advice to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or an allied discipline.
- Bring 6 to 10 years of progressively responsible finance experience.
- Experience within holding companies or investment firms is highly desirable.
