Job Responsibilities

• Lead your store team, supported by the deputy store manager.
• Manage the store's appearance including order processes, implementation of presentation guidelines, and handling daily tasks.
• Hold personnel responsibility, including creating work schedules and promoting employee development.
• Recruit and build your store team.
• Collaborate with regional management to discuss results and store development.

Candidate Requirements

• Completed vocational training, ideally with experience in a similar retail management position.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and strong sense of responsibility.
• Excellent communication skills to motivate and develop the team through feedback.
• Availability for 40 hours per week, 5 days per week, including regular work on weekends and evenings.
• Willingness to participate in an eight-week onboarding program at one of the trainer stores in Germany.
