Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage your store team, supported by the deputy store manager.
• Oversee store appearance, manage ordering processes, ensure compliance with presentation guidelines, and handle daily operational tasks.
• Take charge of personnel responsibilities such as creating staff schedules and fostering employee development.
• Recruit new team members to build a strong store workforce.
• Collaborate with the regional management to discuss results and promote store growth.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training, ideally with experience in a similar retail management role.
• Entrepreneurial mindset combined with strong responsibility.
• Excellent communication skills to motivate and develop your store team through constructive feedback.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, five days a week, including regularly on weekends and evenings.
• Willingness to complete an eight-week onboarding program at one of our trainer stores in Germany.
